Sophie leads high-impact strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional transformation efforts across the organisation.
Before joining ERS Genomics, Sophie was Chief of Staff at Quanta Dialysis Technologies, where she lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. Before this she was on the Value Add Team at Vitruvian Partners, delivering transformation and growth support to portfolio companies across functions including finance, technology, sales, and data.

Sophie began their career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, followed by roles in private equity and strategic advisory.
Sophie holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and a BSc in Human Life Sciences from St George’s, University of London, and is currently completing an MSc in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology at the University of Birmingham.
